Terms of Service

Vidaro Studio provides AI image and video generation with credits, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs.. Features, models, and limits may change over time. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service is operated by Araz Asgharieh Ahari, sole proprietor (ditta individuale), trading as Vidaro Studio, Partita IVA 14869710963, Via Francesco Restelli 9, Milan, Italy. Contact: support@vidarostudio.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By using Vidaro Studio, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at support@vidarostudio.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Credits are used when you generate content. Purchased credits never expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation stops future renewals, not charges already made.
• Prices and included credits are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required by law.
• Refund rules for purchases are described in our Refund Policy.

• You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide the service.
• You must have the rights to anything you upload (including likeness, trademark, and copyright).
• You are responsible for how you use outputs from the service.

You must not create or upload:

• Sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for this, and we report it to the authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate or sexual content of real people.
• Content that impersonates, defames, harasses, or deceives. This includes deepfakes presented as real, fake endorsements, and election or political deception.
• Violent extremism, hate, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or publicity rights.
• Malware or spam.
• Anything illegal where you live, or illegal in Italy or the European Union.

You also must not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

You may upload or generate a real person's face, body, or voice only with that person's documented consent, or if it is you. You must be able to show that consent if we ask.

You must not remove, alter, or hide watermarks, C2PA or content credentials, or other provenance data in outputs from the service.

Generations are processed by Higgsfield Inc. and the model providers it works with. Their usage restrictions also apply, and they may refuse some prompts or inputs.

Vidaro Studio is an independent service. It is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, Higgsfield or the model makers, unless we say so.

We may refuse or remove content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We do not refund credits used for generations that break these rules. If a generation fails, the credits are still refunded.

You are responsible for what you create and how you use it.

Generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You should review outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or fit for a particular use.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights in Italy).

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonable.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Courts in Italy have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
